The rates here are all approximate. Rates, fees and retainers are determined on a case by case manner. Estimated rates are shown below.
Background Records Searches
Basic Search
Includes records of:
Name, Age, Date of Birth, Aliases, Addresses, Possible Relatives, Listed Phone Numbers, Sex offender, and Criminal History.
Rate: With Social Security Number $25.00
Without Social Security Number $50.00
Advanced Search
Will include the same as a basic search as well as:
Divorce Records, Property Records, Criminal and Civil court records, Name and Information of Neighbors, and Marriage Records.
Rate: With Social Security Number $75.00
Without Social Security Number $100
Custom Search
Search will be customized to the client's needs.
Rates will be determined with case details.
Retainers, Hourly Rates, Mileage
On most field investigations a retainer of $500 will be required at the beginning of the investigation. Fees and mileage will be deducted from the retainer throughout the case. Client will be billed after close of investigation for remainder.
Hourly Rates for field surveillance or investigation are $40/hour, with a 1 hour minimum.
Mileage paid will fluctuate with gasoline prices, average should be approximately .40per mile.
